The service standards and responsibilities that support every Continent Limo journey.
Online estimates are provided for planning and are not a final fare. A reservation is confirmed only after Continent Limo reviews the itinerary and issues written confirmation. Additional stops, route changes, waiting time, tolls, parking, special permits, and services requested after confirmation may change the final amount.
Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes after actual domestic flight arrival, 45 minutes after actual international flight arrival, and 15 minutes for FBO and non-airport pickups. Flight tracking is used where a valid flight number is supplied. Additional wait time may be billed at the vehicle’s prevailing hourly rate.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup are charged 50% of the confirmed reservation. No-shows and cancellations after the chauffeur is dispatched may be charged in full. Group, event, roadshow, and specialty itineraries may carry additional written terms.
The booking party is responsible for accurate passenger, luggage, flight, and itinerary details. Passenger and luggage totals may not exceed the selected vehicle’s legal capacity. Smoking, unlawful activity, unsafe conduct, and damage to a vehicle are prohibited. Continent Limo is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle or for items damaged during loading and transit. A minimum $250 detailing fee will be applied for bodily fluids or excessive debris; cleaning or repair beyond normal use may be charged to the booking party.
For the safety of our chauffeurs and passengers, our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate any ride immediately, without refund, in the event of underage drinking, illegal drug use, or verbal abuse directed at the chauffeur or any passenger.
Continent Limo is licensed, commercially insured, and uses GPS timestamped trip tracking. Travel times remain subject to traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions, and events beyond reasonable control. We may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when operationally necessary.
Payment arrangements are confirmed with each reservation. Any deposit, card authorization, gratuity, toll, parking, or surcharge will be disclosed in the final quote or reservation confirmation. Cardholders authorize charges consistent with the confirmed itinerary and these terms.
Contact and itinerary details are used to prepare and operate the requested service, coordinate chauffeurs and dispatch, process payment, and communicate material trip updates. We do not sell private itinerary details. By submitting a request, you consent to service-related calls, emails, and text messages.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service and excludes indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
