1. CORPORATE ENTITY & BINDING AGREEMENT All transportation services are exclusively provided and billed by Peaktechnic INC (doing business as Continent Limo). By confirming a reservation via our website, mobile application, phone, or email, you (the "Client") enter into a legally binding contract with Peaktechnic INC. You explicitly authorize Peaktechnic INC to charge the provided credit card for all fares, fees, and penalties incurred during or after the service.

2. WAIT TIME & PUNCTUALITY POLICY Continent Limo monitors commercial flights in real-time. Complimentary wait times are strictly limited to:

• Domestic Flights: 30 minutes from actual arrival time.

• International Flights: 45 minutes from actual arrival time.

• Private Jet (FBO) & Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes from scheduled time.

• The $50 Rule (Non-Negotiable): Once the complimentary window expires, a minimum wait fee of $50.00 is automatically applied.

• Recurring Charges: An additional $50.00 will be billed for every subsequent 30-minute increment.

3. GRATUITY, TOLLS & MANDATORY AIRPORT FEES

• Gratuity: A standard 20% service fee (gratuity) is automatically added to all reservations.

• Mandatory Airport Fee: A flat fee of $15.00 is applied to all airport arrivals and departures (IAD, DCA, BWI) to cover commercial access, terminal parking, and regulatory fees.

• Incidentals: All highway/bridge tolls and additional parking costs are billed to the Client at cost.

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

• Standard Sedan/SUV: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours result in a 100% non-refundable charge.

• Specialty/Hourly Services: Require a 7-day notice for a full refund.

• No-Show: If the passenger is not at the designated location within the wait period and has not contacted the driver, the ride is marked as a "No-Show" and charged at 100% of the fare plus all accrued wait fees.

5. AUDIO & VIDEO SURVEILLANCE (EXPLICIT CONSENT) For the safety of passengers and chauffeurs, all vehicles operated by Peaktechnic INC are equipped with high-definition audio and video recording systems and GPS tracking. By entering the vehicle, all passengers provide their irrevocable consent to being recorded. These recordings are the exclusive property of Peaktechnic INC and serve as primary evidence in resolving service disputes, insurance claims, or legal proceedings.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & MEDICAL WAIVER The Client agrees to hold Peaktechnic INC and Continent Limo harmless from any claims for injuries or damages unless caused by proven gross negligence. Any incident must be reported to the chauffeur immediately at the time of occurrence and documented in writing within 24 hours. Failure to report an incident immediately constitutes a full waiver of the passenger’s right to pursue future legal action or insurance claims.

7. CHILD SAFETY SEATS (REGULATORY COMPLIANCE)

• Provision: Upon request, we provide child seats for $25.00 per seat.

• Installation Responsibility: In strict accordance with Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. laws, parents/guardians are solely responsible for the installation and securing of child seats. Peaktechnic INC chauffeurs are legally prohibited from installing or adjusting child restraints.

8. VEHICLE DAMAGE & SANITATION PENALTIES

• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited. A $500.00 fee applies.

• Cleaning Fee: Spills, sickness, or excessive mess result in a minimum $500.00 professional cleaning charge.

• Damage: The Client is 100% liable for any physical damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests.

9. LOST & FOUND Peaktechnic INC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Found items are held for 30 days. The Client is responsible for all shipping and courier costs for returned items.

10. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, VA.
